I’ve been baking and cooking for nearly 40 years, chasing that magical moment when something sweet makes people pause, smile, and feel connected. My love for pies, chocolate, and creativity eventually found an unexpected home—on board Portland’s big pink trolleys. As a tour guide and trolley driver, I shared stories of the city with guests from around the world. Somewhere along the route, I began handing out my homemade fudge, and I noticed something special happen. Strangers smiled. Conversations sparked. For a moment, everyone slowed down and shared something joyful. That simple exchange is where Wunderland was born.

When guests asked for more, I listened—and Wunderland Fudge & Confections came to life. I suppose that makes me the real White Rabbit behind it all: always creating, always watching the clock, always timing the next fresh batch just right. Along the way, Alice, the Mad Hatter, and a whimsical cast of characters joined the journey, and down the rabbit hole I happily fell, meeting truly WUNDERFUL people at every turn. I’ve always believed that Wunderland exists for one reason: you. My customers come first, always.
